Berislav Horvat

EY Croatia Country Managing Partner

He has a broad knowledge and experience in providing audit and related services to clients from various sectors, especially form the sectors of consumer products, telecommunications, real estate and private equity. He was also responsible for starting up the Advisory Services department in EY Croatia, which now provides various consulting services to private and public sector clients, including those of  project management, EU funds related services, IT advisory, Big Data services and infrastructure projects support. Berislav is a Certified Auditor with the Croatian Association of Auditors and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Slaven Đuroković

Assurance Leader and Partner

He has extensive experience within the area of audit and consulting services (due diligence, forensic and other services) and is a frequent lecturer on various professional seminars and conferences. Slaven is a Certified Auditor and a member of Croatian Association of Auditors. He is also a Certified Auditor with the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Zvonimir Madunić

Partner

He is specialized in financial services industry, where he leads projects for major banking groups and insurance companies in Croatia. He is an expert in the area of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and a frequent lecturer on IFRS related conferences and internal seminars. Zvonimir is a Certified Auditor and a member of Croatian Association of Auditors. He is also a Certified Auditor with the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Dénes Szabó

Partner

He is the head of Tax Services, specialized in transfer pricing and was previously leading the Central & Southeast Europe Transfer Pricing Group. During his career he spent few years in the Zurich and New York offices of EY advising multinational companies on investing in Central and East Europe. He has experience in advising local and multinational companies on tax efficient international restructuring and tax matters of mergers, acquisitions and investment projects. He has led projects on applying European Commission tax principles and case law.
