World Entrepreneur Of The Year®

The success of Irish entrepreneurs has been very much shaped by their willingness to tackle even the most challenging of international markets, so it is appropriate that their successes should be celebrated on a global stage, with all the business benefits that this confers.

The success of Irish entrepreneurs has been very much shaped by their willingness to tackle even the most challenging of international markets, so it is appropriate that their successes should be celebrated on a global stage, with all the business benefits that this confers.

Now in its eleventh year, the World Entrepreneur Of The Year® programme was created by Ernst & Young to recognise the accomplishments of entrepreneurs around the globe. In 2011, more than 50 Entrepreneur Of The Year® country winners will be inducted into the World Entrepreneur Of The Year® Academy. Last year Terry Clune, CEO of Taxback.com , represented Ireland in Monte Carlo.  Brian Conlon, CEO of First Derivatives , will be representing Ireland at the prestigious event at the beginning of June 2011.

The 2011 Irish winner will take part in the World Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2012, to be held in Monte Carlo, which will pit him or her against the very best of enterprises, from all points of the globe.

This gala event, which features the elite of global business talent, was attended last year by the President of Monte Carlo, and offers the Irish winner the opportunity to share his or her knowledge and experiences with winners from all of the countries listed below.
