How to join us

You can join us on many different graduate programmes, in many different locations.

What are we looking for?

In general, we’re much more interested in the kind of person you are and the things you’re naturally good at than what degree you studied at university. So we want you to be yourself and show us what you’ve got.

As you’d expect, we also ask you to have some minimum qualifications, so be sure to check the requirements when you apply.

How to apply

  • Choose
You can search online for graduate opportunities.
  • Apply
Complete our standard online application form. This is your chance to tell us all about yourself, so we can make sure you’ll be successful here.
  • Assesment & Interview
There are different aspects to the day, including psychometric testing to test your numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning skills and an interview. But the main aim is to give you a real insight into what it’s like to work here, and for us to learn more about your own personal strengths.
  • Final Interview
If you’re successful, we’ll invite you to a final interview to get to know you and your strengths further.
  • Join
If you’ve been offered a job, it will probably start in early September. In the meantime, you can say hello to new colleagues at campus events. (If you want to defer entry, ask us — we’ll do our best!)
