Irish Tax Desk in the United States
Ernst & Young has had an Irish Tax Desk in the US, currently based in New York and headed by Paul Fleming,  Director. The function of the Irish Tax Desk is to assist US clients considering investing or structuring through Ireland, Irish clients expanding to the US, and dealing with any other Irish tax issues that US clients might have, for example, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals of Irish businesses.
