The Ernst & Young Foundation funds the program, ‘ Ensuring Children Learn’ being run and implemented by the Naandi Foundation for children in Classes I to V. After the success of Phase I implementing the program in 200 rural primary schools; the project is now moved to moving to Phase II, aiming at empowering villages to take ownership of the program in order to create a sustainable learning model. With this objective 86 villages have been exited after ensuring every child in the village scores at least 60% in Class V and 41 villages added for intervention.
