IPL ads to cost less this season
MSM, the official Indian Premier League (IPL) broadcaster, has decided to cut its ad rates by around 20% for the sixth season of the IPL Twenty20 cricket tournament. Last year, the broadcaster refused to cut its rates, preferring to let its advertising inventory go unsold. It has decided to telecast the games on its Hindi movie channel Max as well as on its sports channel Six.1
