Avinash has more than 20 years of experience in the field of taxation, regulatory matters, and international taxation. His functional expertise includes structuring cross border transactions and corporate tax matters relating to multinational and domestic companies. His focus industries include construction, energy, infrastructure and real estate.
Avinash leads the Infrastructure and Real Estate direct tax group in Mumbai. He also leads the Private Equity program of Ernst & Young’s Private Equity program, an initiative designed to provide end-to-end solutions to the private equity enterprise.

Subramaniam Krishnan is a Partner with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services - Tax and Regulatory Services practice, based in Mumbai, India. He has over 15 years of experience in advising and assisting international financial services industry participants and offshore funds establishing an Indian investment / operational presence. He has advised on a range of tax and regulatory issues faced by financial services industry participants. He has also assisted in defining and implementing structures for offshore portfolio investment and private equity funds seeking to invest in India. Subramaniam is a part of Ernst & Young’s Private Equity program, an initiative designed to provide end-to-end solutions to the private equity enterprise.
Partner - Asset Management Practice
Adam Miller is a Partner with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services - Asset Management practice, based in Luxembourg and is responsible for the asset management tax practice in Luxembourg, where he advises a full range of alternative investment fund clients. Adam has over 16 years experience advising clients in the financial services sector while working in London, Luxembourg, New York and Washington DC. . He regularly assist clients in structuring of all forms of funds including private equity, debt funds, hedge funds, infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate funds and in structuring of Luxembourg holding company platforms for alternative investment funds. He was previously based in London for 7 years where he assisted clients with transaction structuring including the structuring of holding company platforms through a number of jurisdictions including the Netherlands, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Mauritius and Singapore.
