Ernst & Young leadership changes in Tax - Baltics

Jelena Semionova takes over the role as Tax Leader for Ernst & Young in the Baltic States. Kestutis Lisauskas assumes the role of Business Tax Services (BTS) Leader for Ernst & Young Central and South-East Europe sub-area (CSE) and Vaida Bruzaite - the role of Business Tax Compliance (BTC) Leader for Ernst & Young Central and South-East Europe sub-area (CSE).
Jelena has been with the firm for over 16 years and has 25 years experience in Tax. She is one of the most experienced and respected Baltic partners and has been successfully leading the Baltic Indirect Tax practice for a number of years. Jelena says “Tax and tax risk management should be given greater prominence in business decision-making and governance. I will continue advocating our integrated cross-border approach across the Baltics.”
Kestutis has been leading the Tax practice in the Baltics for the past 10 years, taking the practice to a leading market position with exceptional growth. Kestutis will lead the BTS practice in CSE working with our clients through the various stages of the Tax Life Cycle like Business Tax Compliance (BTC) and Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) integration.
Vaida has over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting and compliance outsourcing, finance transformation projects. Vaida has been leading a very successful BTC - Accounting Compliance and Reporting (ACR) practice in the Baltic States for the last 8 years.
