3 professionals admitted to partnership as of 1 July 2013

 The Country Leadership Committee of EY Luxembourg, is proud to announce the admission of 3 of its professionals to the ranks of Partners as of 1 July 2013.

Michel Feider, admitted as Audit Partner in the Private Equity practice.

ID Michel FeiderMichel, 37, Luxembourgish, holds a degree in Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille III. Michel began his career in the EY audit practice 11 years ago. He is specialized in the Private Equity sector focusing on providing assurance and extended assurance services to regulated & unregulated Private Equity and Venture Capital structures. Michel is a member of Private equity sector related committees at ALFI and LPEA. Michel is a Luxembourg Certified Public Accountant.


Patricia Gudino Jonas admitted as Tax Partner in the International Tax practice.

ID Patricia GudinoPatricia, 37, with dual Brazilian and Belgian citizenship, holds a Tax LL.M. from New York University School of Law and a Master in Business and Economic Law from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas, Brazil. Patricia joined EY Luxembourg in 2005, after having worked in the international tax practice of EY New York. Patricia has acquired a large experience in international tax over the past 13 years. She is specialized in advising and structuring tax solutions for multinational clients with a special focus on Latin American markets. Patricia is a member of the New York State Bar and the Brazilian Bar.


Alexandre Pouchard, admitted as Tax Partner in the International Tax practice.

ID Alexandre PouchardAlexandre, 34, French, graduated from the ICN School of Management in Nancy (France) and holds a Master of Community Law from the University of Luxembourg. Alexandre joined the international tax practice of EY 11 years ago. He is specialized in advising and helping clients implement through-bound international tax planning involving Luxembourg for outbound investment as well as inbound investments in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Since October 2005, Alexandre has been representing EY Luxembourg as part of the EY Luxembourg Tax Desk in the US (New-York, Chicago, San Jose). Since May 2011 Alexandre is based in Chicago.
