Cross-border recovery of tax claims in the EU

On 12 September 2011, a Luxembourg Bill on mutual assistance for the recovery of claims (pdf, 929.4kb)  relating to certain taxes, duties and levies between the Member States of the European Union has been published.

Investment tax credit - New Circular in force

IFRS introduced in the Law for commercial companies
