The Ernst & Young Alumni programme will help you do that.  It gives you a support network of employees, past and present, through which you can pursue life-long relationships. The programme will keep you updated about our developments and enable you to create links with other alumni.

Networking opportunities

As an alumni, you will be invited to networking events with former colleagues, industry peers and existing staff.

Rewards for referrals

You could be rewarded with up to $6,000 for referring a successful candidate to us, through our alumni referral programme.

An open door

You may have left, but being an alumni means you don’t have to close the door.  We have a number of ‘boomerangs’ who have kept in touch and eventually returned in a different or more senior role.
