Kimberley Crook


Kimberley is the national leader of EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services. She leads a team of financial reporting specialists, providing advice on the application of accounting standards across a range of technical issues and industry sectors.

Previous experience

Kimberley has provided accounting advice and training to a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from public listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, private companies, public sector entities and private not-for-profit entities. Kimberley is a regular presenter at conferences and EY seminars on financial reporting issues.


Kimberley is Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Accounting Standards Board. Previously, she worked for the International Accounting Standards Board in London and other accounting standard-setting bodies in the UK and New Zealand. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce (1st Class Honours), both from Canterbury University. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
