Interview tips

• Be prepared
  At this stage in your career, you need to prepare for a challenging interview. Be able to articulate how your strengths, work experience and career goals will enable you to succeed in our organisation.
  
  
• Be proactive
  Prepare a list of questions to ask your interviewer(s) so you can assess whether Ernst & Young is the right place for you. Research our organisation, who we are, what we do, what we stand for and our strategic direction.
  
  
• Be yourself
  At Ernst & Young you’ll find an open and approachable culture. We want and expect to see the real you.
  
  
• Be punctual
  Arrive at least five minutes early. If for reasons out of your control, you’re running late, call your interviewer and explain why.
  
• Be smart
  Wear a suit - it does create a good impression.
