Administrative and Executive Support
As part of our administrative and executive support team, you‘ll perform a crucial role, allowing our teams to focus on providing the best possible service to our clients. The nature of the role will depend on which team you’re supporting.
As a business development professional, you‘ll drive account execution, pursue new business and support our growth and market leadership strategy. You’ll develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, advise our service line teams and leadership on opportunities and help convert prospects into successful engagements.
As a member of our eChannels team, you’ll help develop and execute an effective digital strategy that meets the marketing and communication needs of the business. This includes building awareness of digital tools, helping to deploy them and training others in how to use them. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help maximise the impact of our eChannels and create an effective, consistent and user-friendly experience.
As a global procurement professional, you’ll help us achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies. You’ll conduct market research, negotiate discounts, set standards, manage supplier relationships and procurement contracts and liaise with internal clients. In the process, you’ll collaborate with other procurement teams and business units around the world.
As a finance professional, you’ll be responsible for our organisation’s financial integrity and clear reporting. You’ll work with other parts of the organisation, sharing your financial experience and insights.
As an information technology professional, you’ll help to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. You’ll be part of a team that provides help desk, network and data centre services as well as workstation support, telecommunications and IT products.
As a human resource professional, you’ll develop and execute our people strategy. You’ll provide the programs, measures and tools that help our employees progress quickly. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives. You may work in a central function or be aligned to one of our service lines.
Knowledge Management and Research
As part of our knowledge team, you’ll make sure our client-serving professionals have access to the right people, tools and information to help their clients meet their business needs. You’ll create and manage firm-wide business tools and processes to share important information, and advise people and teams on how to use them.
As a general counsel professional, you’ll provide high-calibre legal advice and support on all legal matters to help us achieve our commercial goals. You’ll work with colleagues from different service lines and internal functions. You’ll focus on mitigating risk, while delivering the best possible legal recommendations for our teams and clients.
As a marketing professional, you’ll develop and implement a broad range of initiatives to strengthen our global brand. You’ll collaborate with client-serving professionals and colleagues in other functions, across a range of activities, including: marketing communications, advertising, market research, brand management and issue- and industry-led thought leadership.
Quality and Risk Management
As a quality and risk management professional, you’ll help us uphold our business standards and grow the value of our brand. You’ll help promote the viability of the organisation and the security of our people and other stakeholders. Working with client-serving professionals, as well as colleagues from internal operations, you’ll provide clear guidance and support on how to enhance and protect our reputation.
As a strategic communications professional, you‘ll work with leaders, advising on and executing internal and media communication strategies to protect and build our market position and reputation. You‘ll also help to oversee the execution of our corporate responsibility strategy.
