EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women

Helping outstanding women entrepreneurs think big and grow rapidly

In Auckland in March, 20 outstanding women business owners completed EY’s two day development programme. Read about them here.

EY has been running Entrepreneurial Winning Women, a customised leadership development programme, internationally since 2008. This executive leadership programme identifies a select group of high potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to upscale  – and helps them do it.

Results show that the programme is spurring rapid growth. According to an independent impact assessment directed by the Babson College Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership, revenues of programme participants' companies have grown almost 50% each year on average, with a corresponding 25% average annual growth in the number of jobs (based on the experience of the US Entrepreneurial Winning Women programme).
