Ernst & Young’s awards as an employer
Ernst & Young is leader in the „Career and Development” category All-Poland Ranking of Employers „KOMPAS”
The ranking has compiled the opinions of students and current labour market trends for the last 5 years. Over 2700 students from all over Poland selected companies that distinguished themselves in the categories: „Carrier and Development”, „Friendliness” or „Participation in University Life”.
The students have voted Ernst and Young the best in the consulting sector in terms of career opportunities offered to employees and opportunities to gain knowledge, experience and career success on the international stage. Ernst and Young’s university work (category 2nd place) and friendliness (category 3rd place) were also appreciated.
Ernst & Young rises in the AIESEC employers’ ranking
AIESEC Polska’s survey for „Employer of the Year 2008” shows Ernst & Young to be one of the most desirable employers among students of economics and similar degrees in Poland. In the top ten for the last ten years, last year E&Y went up four points to fifth place.
Students recognised factors like good work atmosphere, duty fulfillment satisfaction, remuneration, opportunities for development and gaining expertise, training and balance between professional and private life as key to E&Y’s attractiveness as an employer. The ranking also showed that students appreciate employers who offer a clear career-path and transparent promotion criteria.
The “Employer of the Year 2008” survey was conducted on 5000 students in 40 higher-education centres throughout Poland.
Ernst & Young Reliable Employer 2008
Ernst & Young received the 2008 Grupa Media Partner Reliable Employer award. Grupa Media Partner publishes the economics supplements to the legal section of the national daily Rzeczpospolita.
This is the fifth year of the Reliable Employer Award. Its purpose is to promote best practices and creative solutions in HR, and selects the best employers in Poland, which stand out as models of personnel management methods.
Winner selection criteria include: work conditions, social conditions, regularity of salary payment, offered career path, opinion of internal partners and dynamic of employment.
The „Reliable Employer of the Year 2008” award is statement of appreciation of Ernst & Young’s corporate culture and it’s care for its employees.
Ernst & Young’s Business Awards
International Tax Review, the prestigious magazine, has awarded the "Tax firm of the year" prize to the Tax Advisory team. This is just another award from a foreign specialist journal in recent months. At the beginning of May, World Finance nominated the Tax Advisory Department “Best Tax Team in Poland”.
Ernst & Young has topped the „Rzeczpospolita" tax advisory ranking as the most profitable firm.
