The public health care system in Poland faces the challenge of implementing massive organizational and financial reform. The growing gap between the system’s financial capacity and the needs of the ever more rapid development of medical science technology, aging technology, increasingly elderly population and growing demand for medical care has never been more apparent.
We realize consultancy projects in the medical care sector that include support for local councils in preparing regional strategies, hospital restructurisations, hospital business plans, infrastructure development investment plans, funding acquisition and introduction of new, effective organizational and clinical methods.
