On the 7 December 2011 the Ernst & Young Better Government Programme presented its latest report “Improving the Quality of Governance in Poland through Performance Based Budgeting”. Authors of the report, dr Łukasz Hard and dr Maarten de Jong indicated that the efficient and effective performance based budget improve the quality of country governance.
