Ernst & Young Assurance Services S.R.L., a Romanian company, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/5964/1999, sole registration code 11909783, having its headquarters located at 63-69 Dr. Iacob Felix Street, 2nd floor, 1st District, Bucharest)
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Companies”)
ensure their clients/employees/collaborators of all rights provided as per Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as subsequently amended and completed.
The Companies are processing personal data through electronic and manual means, with the scope of human resources administration and provision of audit and consultancy services.
The personal data processed might be transferred to other legal entities members of the multinational group Ernst & Young from Romania and/or from abroad (European Union and European Economic Zone).
The Companies undertake the obligation to assure that you, in your capacity of client /employee /collaborator, will benefit of the following rights:
1. The right of access (the right to obtain from the Companies, upon your request and free of any costs, once per year, the confirmation of the fact that your personal data have or haven’t been processed).
2. The right of intervention (the right to obtain from the Companies the rectification, update, blocking, removal or transformation of incomplete and unclear data).
3. The right of opposition (the right to oppose in any moment that your personal data is processed, on reasonable and legal grounds related to a certain situation where your personal data have been subject to procession).
4. The right of not being subject to an individual decision (the right to request and obtain the withdrawal or the cancellation of any/all decisions that produce juridical effects against you, adopted exclusively on a personal data processing basis, carried out through automatic means or the re-evaluation of any decisions that affects you in a significant manner, if the decision was adopted exclusively on a basis of data processing purposing to evaluate some aspects of your personality, such as professional competence, credibility, behavior or any other similar aspects);
5. The right to refer to any court of law.
