Alexander Nazarkulov
Assurance Partner
Astana, joined EY in 2000

Alexander has over 13 years of extensive experience auditing national oil companies’ separate and consolidated financial statements prepared under IFRS as well as managing projects on transition of financial statements from local GAAP to IFRS. Alexander also specializes in audit of financial statements prepared under IPSAS (International Public Accounting Standards).

Alexei Nesterenko
Tax & Law Partner
Moscow, joined EY in 2002

Alexei has more than 12 years of tax controversy experience supporting trading, manufacturing, transportation and pharmaceuticals companies, including representation of interests in front of the tax, customs and other state authorities and in all court instances. Alexei is a tax controversy leader in Russia. Alexei assists clients in negotiations and disputes with the tax authorities and provides strategic and technical assistance during tax audits. Alexei has outstanding experience in successfully representing clients’ interests in Arbitration courts.

Alina Zaborovskaya
TAS Partner
Moscow, joined EY in 2010

Alina has over 14 years of experience in public and infrastructure financing. She focuses on project financing, including PPP projects. Alina has advised on practically all the major concession deals on the Russian market, working with regional and federal authorities, the biggest Russian banks and international financial institutions, construction companies, management companies and advisors responsible for infrastructure projects in Russia.

Andrejs Recickis

Moscow, joined EY in 2001

Andrejs is the leader for retail and consumer products and real estate groups in the Transaction Support department and has solid experience in the transportation and infrastructure sectors. Andrejs has significant experience in providing clients with transaction advisory services during all stages of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, exit readiness analysis, dataroom management, IPOs and stock exchange Reporting Accountant work, transaction documentation drafting and negotiation advice and completion accounts procedures. Andrejs has significant experience in working with both Russian and international corporate and private equity clients.

Andrey Mankov

Andrey has broad experience in Russian statutory and IFRS audits. He specializes in serving consumer products and retail companies. Andrey also has extensive experience in auditing and consulting companies adopting IFRS for the first time.

Anna Strelnichenko
Tax & Law Partner
Moscow, joined EY in 2002

Anna has over 12 years of experience providing tax advisory services, specializing in providing services to real estate and construction companies, including advising multinational and Russian companies on developing and implementing tax strategy and tactics, tax accounting methodology and tax reviews. Anna also has extensive experience in tax advisory on structuring investments and project ownership restructuring as well as in debt/project financing.

Boris Yatsenko
TAS Partner
Moscow, joined EY in 2007

Boris has over 10 years of advisory and analytical experience in business valuation, valuation of intangible assets and in purchase price allocation. He also has significant experience in financial modeling, investment analysis and business planning. Boris has Ph.D. degree in Physics and Mathematics, and Ph.D. degree in Economics. Since March 2014 he’s been fulfilling the responsibilities of Head of the EY department at the Higher School of Economics. Boris’s clients include large and medium-sized Russian and international companies in the metals and mining, banking, oil and gas, industrial products and other industrial sectors.

Ivan Shmykov

Ivan holds extensive experience in implementing major SAP projects in various industries such as power, oil & gas, food and trunk pipeline construction. He has deep expertise in and insight into SAP's ERP functionalities, ARIS process-based tools and methodologies and Accelerated SAP (a solution for effective project implementation and management) and has deep knowledge of finance, logistics, production and TOPO.

Konstantin Sarattsev

Konstantin focuses on development of Business Intelligence solutions ‒ management reporting, budgeting, financial consolidation, corporate data warehouse solutions, etc. He has more than 15 years of experience in architecture design, methodology, IT strategy and management of big projects such as ERP implementation and business intelligence solutions in oil & gas, metals & mining and utilities, FMCG.

Kristina has more than 15 years of experience in financial and management accounting implementation, budgeting, IFRS reporting and financial function automation on the basis of the best modern IT systems. Kristina has significant experience in managing projects for implementing systems on the 1C:8 platform; methodological support projects, quality assurance and quality control of SAP ERP and Oracle e-Business Suite systems. Kristina serves clients of diverse industry sectors: Oil & Gas, Automotive, Consumer products.

Marina has more than 11 years of experience providing tax advisory services on structuring investments in Russian and foreign assets. Marina specializes in tax aspects of building international structures and joint ventures, supporting complex M&A transactions, primarily in oil & gas and power industries. Marina also holds significant tax advisory experience in developing management models for international groups and transfer-pricing models.

Mikhail Moguchev

Mikhail specializes in executing business transformation projects focused on performance improvements, operational excellence, re-engineering of business processes, implementation of lean manufacturing, cost-cutting and supply chain optimization. Mikhail has gained wide experience in managing large-scale projects in different industries, including mining and metals, processing and FMCG.

Nargiz Karimova
Assurance Partner
Baku, joined EY in 2002

Nargiz has more than 10 years of work experience with EY’s Baku practice, with a focus on IFRS, US GAAP and Azerbaijani statutory audits. During her career with EY Nargiz has serviced large oil and gas companies engaged with upstream and midstream activity and has gained wide experience related to production sharing agreements.

Tatyana Okolotina
Assurance Partner
Moscow, joined EY in 2002

Tatyana has over 12 years of experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with international standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and Russian Accounting Standards (RAS). She also has significant experience in consulting on IFRS and RAS matters as well as in conducting agreed upon procedures. Tatyana serves large and medium-sized domestic and international clients in the oil and gas and power and utilities industries; she also provided audit and consulting services to clients in the mining and chemicals sectors. Tatyana participates in audit quality review procedures at EY offices in Russia and abroad and is a member of the energy committee at the Fund of Accounting Development “National non-state regulator of accounting ‘Accounting Methodology Center”.
