Alexander has 14 years of experience managing leading industrial enterprises (including as CEO). He focuses on Performance Improvement and Operations. Alexander`s experience covers advisory services related to cost reduction programs, MRO management, business processes optimization, projects management, organizational development and KPI.×
Anna Kostyra, Tax & Law Partner, St. Petersburg, joined EY in 2007.
Anna has 14 years of experience representing commercial organizations in arbitration courts and before tribunals, the Federal Antimonopoly Committee and other dispute resolution bodies. Anna specializes in various disputes (including court proceedings) with the tax authorities, Customs and other government agencies, disputes with unfair competitors, counterparties and borrowers. Broad experience in developing strategy and tactics to defend client interests in courts and before state bodies, including preparing counterclaims and independent claims and obtaining injunctions. Anna also has significant experience with integrated IP/IT projects, including the development of corporate strategies and tactics for defending intellectual property rights.×
Albert Sych, Tax & Law Partner, Law Leader for Ukraine, Kyiv, joined EY in 2004.
Albert has practiced law for 12 years. He specializes primarily in mergers & acquisitions; investments, both Ukrainian and cross-border; contract and corporate law; and tax law. His industry experience includes oil and gas, FMCG, banking and financial services, real estate and construction. Albert has worked on a substantial number of high profile and, at times, unique projects in Ukraine, including production-sharing agreements and restructuring the largest Ukrainian business groups and state-owned companies.×
Ksenia Babushkina, Advisory Partner, Almaty, joined EY in 2012.
Ksenia specializes in risk management as well as managing co-sourced and fully outsourced internal audit projects. She advises on improving communication and operational processes. Ksenia’s other areas of expertise include the development and implementation of regulatory compliance and internal controls programs and anti-fraud regimes, as well as advising on risk and corporate governance.×
Maria Frolova, Tax & Law Partner, Moscow, joined EY in 2002.
Maria specializes in providing professional tax services to banks, investment companies, asset management companies and leasing companies as well as to non-financial companies participating in finance operations or involved in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. Maria’s experience covers advisory services related to Russian tax issues as well as international tax planning, FATCA, structuring of Eurobond issues, IPO and securitization deals.×
Maxim Maximov, Tax & Law Partner, Moscow, joined EY in 2002 as an intern.
Maxim specializes in transfer pricing matters, including preparing transfer pricing documentation, negotiating pricing agreements and structuring supply chains. He has extensive experience in advising oil & gas, oilfield service and industrial companies with respect to structuring their activities in Russia and on Russia’s continental shelf, implementing cost-sharing and various financing arrangements.×
Sergei Makeev, Tax & Law Partner, Moscow, joined EY in 2002
Sergei specializes in global mobility, labor and immigration matters, including the development of employment structuring solutions for inbound and outbound assignees. Sergei also has extensive experience conducting HR audits from the standpoint of compliance with labor requirements and optimization of business processes.×
Sergey Saraev, Tax & Law Partner, Moscow, joined EY in 2013
Sergey has extensive experience developing various technology products both on a standalone basis and integrated into well-known systems such as Oracle, SAP, 1C and Microsoft. Sergey specializes in the automation of business processes and algorithms in different financial areas, including transfer pricing, statutory and tax accounting, tax controls and management reporting.×
