Real estate appraisal
Real estate appraisal is required when obtaining a collateralized loan, when fixed assets are revalued and assets are appraised for purposes of preparing financial statements in accordance with Russian and international standards, when real estate is purchased or sold, and when a company’s business or shares and contributions are appraised in connection with mergers, takeovers, and contributions to charter capital.
Our experienced professionals are RICS designated and perform all appraisal work in accordance with Russian and international standards.

Green construction advisory services
Our green construction team includes specialists in environmental protection and climate change, experts in corporate social responsibility, professional architects, engineers, economists, and real estate market analysts. The team members have certificates of CCIM, RICS, BREEAM and LEED and are professional appraisers.
The team focuses on resolving complex issues related to green construction – in particular, concept development and analysis of the investment attractiveness (feasibility study) of green projects, object assessment based on the BREEAM standard, market value appraisal based on the RICS standard (including RICS recommendations) and tax and legal advice on green project realization.
Hospitality advisory services
Our professionals have led the hotel market in Russia since 1993 and perform appraisals, due diligence, and economic feasibility studies of hotel development projects and existing properties.
