As of October 2014 there were 132 future hotel construction projects in Moscow (approximately 30,000 rooms). This way, taking into account the existing 329 hotels (47,000 rooms), by 2020 the room count in Moscow will rise by 62% and reach the amount of over 76,000 rooms (461 hotels).
