Question: How to register?
Answer: To register for the training please fill in the registration form and send it via fax or email to the chosen location.

Question: What does the open training fee include?

Answer: The training fee includes cost of the training and training materials, certificate, lunch, tea and coffee breaks and does not include VAT.

Question: Schedule and duration of training?

Answer: Day time training is held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., evening training from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Evening training is available in Almaty and St. Petersburg.)

Question: What is the language of training?

Answer: All open training for Russian speaking audiences is conducted in Russian. Corporate (in-house) training may be conducted in English.

Question: What kind of materials are the participants provided with?

Answer: Training participants are provided with slides, workbook and handout materials for their particular training.

Question: Who are the instructors?

Answer: Training is conducted by highly qualified Academy of Business instructors/consultants whose qualifications include Ph.D., ACCA, CMA, CPA, PMI, DipIFR (Rus) and MBA.

Question: What is the registration deadline?

Answer: To guarantee your participation in the training we suggest that you register for the training in advance (2-3 weeks before the start date).

Question: What are the payment options?

Answer: Payment is performed via banking transaction.

Question: Are participants provided with discounts?

Answer: Open training participants are provided with flexible discount schemes. For more information about discounts in other Academy of Business locations please contact the appropriate offices.

Question: Are training participants provided with any kind of certificate at the end of the training?

Answer: Upon completion of training, each participant is provided with a certificate from Ernst & Young.
