Ekaterina has more than 13 years of professional experience in different areas of Russian law.

Ekaterina has been advising major multinational and Russian clients in a wide range of sectors and on variety of legal issues participating in complex projects including intellectual property, M&A, antimonopoly, due diligence, real estate, corporate restructuring work.

Ekaterina’s main areas of specialization include intellectual property law focusing on legal aspects of copyright with the emphasis on rights to software programs, as well as trademarks, patents and know-how; commercial and antimonopoly law.
