The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) is an annual awards program that honors Singapore’s top entrepreneurs for their contributions to the economy and society. For more than 10 years, Ernst & Young has been committed to supporting the entrepreneurial cause in Singapore, coinciding with the government's focus on fostering entrepreneurship and grooming local entrepreneurs to take on the world market.

After a decade, the awards program has now evolved into a pre-eminent business award in the local business scene. It encourages the best entrepreneurs to step forward as outstanding  role models and take up the challenge of representing Singapore at the annual Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of The Year award in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The search for the next Entrepreneur Of The Year is on!

Leading professional services firm, Ernst & Young, launched the nominations for its 12th annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) awards.

From now till 31 May 2013, members of the public can nominate outstanding entrepreneurs who have demonstrated strong entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, sound strategic direction and financial track record, and built successful businesses that have global and/or community impact.

ARA Asset Management chief John Lim named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012 Singapore

Professional services firm Ernst & Young announced Mr. John Lim, Group CEO of ARA Asset Management Limited, as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) 2012 Singapore at the 11^th Ernst & Young EOY awards gala held at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore this evening. Mr. Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Education officiated at the gala as guest-of-honor.

Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012 winners announced

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) 2012 award winners were announced at an EOY Induction ceremony held on 11 October 2012. The five award winners were inducted into the Singapore Academy at the event.

James Mwangi of Kenya’s Equity Bank named Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012

Dr. James Mwangi, CEO and Managing Director of Kenya’s Equity Bank Limited was named the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012 at an awards ceremony held in Monte Carlo’s Salle des Etoiles. James was picked from among the 59 country finalists vying for the title, each of whom had already been named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year in their home countries.

Launch of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2013 Singapore awards program

Marking the start of the nomination period, this year’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year launch event was held at The Fullerton Hotel on 5 March 2013. The event was attended by members of the judging panel, the EOY Singapore Academy, other entrepreneurs, sponsors and supporters.

Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2012 Singapore Awards gala

The 11^th EOY awards gala was held on Tuesday, 27 November, at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and attended by 500 entrepreneurs, business leaders and guests. John Lim of ARA Asset Management was named Singapore’s representative for the prestigious Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of The Year award , which will be held in June 2013 in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) 2012 award winners were announced at the EOY Induction ceremony held on 11 October 2012. Held at the Mandarin Oriental, the five award winners were inducted into the EOY Singapore Academy at the event.

Held at One On The Bund on Friday, 11 May, EOY Singapore Academy members, and sponsors and supporters of the EOY program got together for a cosy dinner to catch up and send their well wishes to Mr. Richard Eu as he prepares to represent Singapore at the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of The Year awards in Monte Carlo, Monaco in June.
