E. Singapore illustrative financial statements

We have recently launched the 2011 edition of our illustrative financial statements, XYZ Holdings (Singapore) Limited. The publication illustrates the annual financial statements of a Singapore-incorporated listed company prepared in accordance with the FRS in issue as at 30 June 2011, and the Singapore Companies Act. The illustrative financial statements serve to provide illustration of annual consolidated financial statements of a group of companies whose activities include manufacturing, property development, and investment holding.

This 2011 edition includes illustrative disclosures for the amendments to FRS 32 Financial Instruments: Presentation – Classification of Rights Issues, INT FRS 119 Extinguishing Financial Liabilities with Equity Instruments, and INT FRS 115 Agreements for the Construction of Real Estate. Also included is additional illustrative disclosure for the early adoption of amendments to FRS 12 Deferred Tax: Recovery of Underlying Assets.
