About the seminar

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) recently published its “Action Plan on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting” - a roadmap to reform the international tax system with the purpose of tackling tax evasion and tax avoidance.

Although Singapore is not a member of the OECD, the Action Plan could have extensive influence on Singapore’s tax policies and economy in the coming years, impacting companies operating in Singapore.

Members of EY’s International Tax and Singapore Tax teams will explain the background and rationale behind the Action Plan, as well as the details of the proposals. The seminar will focus on the potential implications for business and the authorities in Singapore, and highlight potential strategies for dealing with such implications.

Join us to find out how your business could be affected by these proposals.
