Application and selection process

Applying to us is a simple five-step process.

1. Learn more about us / Identify your area of interest

Meet us at our in-house events, at your university or at Job Fairs. Take a moment to visit the Working at Ernst & Young section to learn about our service lines and identify your areas of interest. You can then apply for an entry-level opportunity in Assurance, Advisory, Transactions or Tax.

2. Complete an online application

If you like what you have read, heard and seen, applying for a job at Ernst & Young is no more than a click away. Allow yourself about thirty minutes to complete the application form and have your curriculum vitae and letter of motivation available in both Slovak and English. 3. Expect to be invited to the Assessment Center

Once you have submitted your application, we will let you know whether we would like you to go through the Assessment Center consisting of a set of tests. Assessment Center evaluations take place once a year (usually in January - April) in our Bratislava office. It is possible that we will run Assessment Centers in December or at another time depending on our vacancies.

4. Expect to be invited to the Interviews

Immediately after completing the Assessment Center, you will discover whether you have been successful at this stage. If so, you will be invited for personal interviews. This is a great opportunity to meet our people and decide whether Ernst & Young is the place for you.

5. Receive an offer

If your skills and personality are a good fit for Ernst & Young, we will make you an offer. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and, if you are happy with the offer, we look forward to receiving your confirmation and to welcoming you on board.
