Ernst & Young’s Private Equity practice offers a tailored approach that encompasses the distinctive needs of private equity funds, their M&A process, investment stewardship and portfolio companies' performance while addressing market, industry and regulatory issues.

Our global network operates through five Areas: Americas, EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa), Far East, Japan, and Oceania.

Each Area has a dedicated private equity practice with professionals across advisory, assurance, tax and transactions. This approach enables us to meet the needs of private equity firms and their portfolio companies worldwide from fund formation and back-office support to acquisition, ownership and exit.
