Alumni Party
On 17 October 2008, Ernst & Young held a second annual Alumni Club Party at Club Heaven. Alumni Club unites former Ernst & Young employees providing a platform for networking and socializing of Ernst & Young people with our old friends and colleagues.
Alexei Kredisov in his opening speech valued the contribution that was made by Ernst & Young employees over last 17 years of its operation in Ukraine, "Our today’s success consists of our joint efforts, which laid the foundation to our leading position in Ukraine now." Oleg Svetleuschyi, Alumni Club president, supported him: "We consider our alumni to be very important to our continued success."
Ernst & Young runs this club for alumni globally. Many of our alumni become clients or simply remain friends of the firm. We value the knowledge and strength they brought to the firm as employees and we appreciate the loyalty they continue to show as alumni.
In Ukraine the initiative started in 2007 with a loud success of Casino Royale themed party at 5th Element recreation center. This year about a hundred of people again got together at Club Heaven, a great venue for informal communication and simply having fun and dancing.
The Disco style party offered the music collection from 80-ies and a lot of surprise contests from the MC. Those guests who have their birthdays in October received special prizes from the Alumni Club president.
