Olga Gorbanovskaya promoted to partner of Ernst & Young Ukraine
KYIV, 1 July 2009 – Ernst & Young, a global leader in audit, tax, transactions and advisory, has announced a promotion in its Ukrainian practice.
Olga Gorbanovskaya has been admitted to the partnership in the Tax and Legal practice of Ernst & Young Ukraine. Olga leads the Human Capital group and specializes in a wide range of human capital services – from development and implementation of corporate human resources strategies to payroll advisory and individual cross-border tax planning. Olga joined Ernst & Young in 2002. Before that she worked for Arthur Andersen in 1998-2002. In her more than 10 years of work in professional services, Olga has advised a number of leading Ukrainian companies as well as foreign companies operating in Ukraine. Olga holds an MA in economics from Kyiv International Civil Aviation University (1996), an MA in law from the National Taras Shevchenko University (2002), and a Ph.D. in economics. Olga is a certified public accountant (US) and a member of AICPA since 2003. She is a successful business tutor with experience teaching at foreign universities and leading Ukrainian business schools.
