IPO Academy
Why the Ernst & Young IPO Academy may be of interest to you
Dynamic interactive workshop
The Ernst & Young IPO Academy is designed as a dynamic workshop, providing a “sleeves-rolled-up” opportunity for top company management to come together with experienced Ernst & Young IPO professionals and a facilitator to address the strategic growth plans of a company and the process of holding an IPO, as well as ways of addressing the key challenges faced by the company during the preparation for IPO and the transition to a public company.
Individual approach
At the IPO Academy you will receive comprehensive yet personal service based on a multi-disciplinary approach. We will ask for a brief overview of your company’s strategic goals and objectives, your considerations for financing alternatives and various markets, the current status of the IPO readiness project, and your expected timeline for the IPO.
Focus on key IPO challenges
The program includes the following blocks:
- IPO process
- Historical financial information
- Corporate governance
- Tax position.
Since IPO Academy sessions are held for individual companies, we tailor their program to the goals and needs of each client depending on its plans and IPO schedule, the degree of the company's readiness, and the specific listing and disclosure requirements of various exchanges.
Who should participate?
A company’s top managers, principal shareholders and board of director members are invited to participate in IPO Academy sessions.
Participation is subject to an acceptance process that helps us better coordinate our dedicated resources.
