Ukrainian labor market in the downturn – Additional Salary Part of General Industry Survey, March 2009

In March 2009 Ernst & Young issued its survey on changes in compensation and benefits related to the situation on the Ukrainian labor market during the global financial crisis.

Participants

69 companies from different industries and market sectors provided information.

Description of the Survey

The final report contains detailed information concerning salary levels and variable pay for more than 200 positions and actual salary increases as of March 2009 and plans for 2009.

Regional Coverage

Information on salary levels is provided for four regions (contingent upon sufficient sample): central & north, east, south, and west, as well as 25 major cities within these regions, in particular, Cherkassy, Chernigiv, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovs’k, Donets’k, Ivano-Frankivs’k, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnyts’kyy, Kirovograd, Kryvyy Rih, Kyiv, Lugansk, Luts’k, Lviv, Mariupil’, Odessa, Poltava, Rivne, Simferopol, Sumy, Ternopil’, Vinnytsya, Zaporizhzhya and Zhytomyr.
