	Mark Jeffries - Former Merrill Lynch stockbroker Mark Jeffries has become a trusted adviser and communications consultant to some of the world's largest and most successful corporations, agencies, accounting and law firms. Mark is a first class facilitator who successfully moderated the first two EOY Forums in Zurich and Dubai, and we are delighted that he will join us again in Cape Town.

	Kevin Gaskell - Kevin Gaskell has led three iconic car brands, Porsche, Lamborghini and BMW. After the turnaround at Porsche and 5 years of record growth at BMW he was recognised as a 'top 40 leaders under 40'. In 2000 he founded a dotcom, epyx Limited, which became market leader for automotive e-commerce solutions. From 2001 – 2007 he was also CEO of EurotaxGlass's Group where his team created a world leader in electronic data. He now acts as Chairman to a number of growing companies, one of which won the 2010 'UK FastTrack Award' as the best private equity investment of the year
	Jim Lawless - Jim Lawless is one of the most popular inspirational speakers in Europe today and the only authority on business change and personal development to have put his life on the line to prove his approach. In August 2010, to test new Taming Tigers theories around mental toughness, he became Britain's Deepest Freediver, the first Briton to dive below the magic 100m barrier on a single breath of air. In 2003, in response to an audience challenge, he proved his Ten Rules for Taming Tigers by becoming a jockey in 12 months. At the outset he was 3 stone (20kg) too heavy and could not ride a horse. Jim is founder and CEO of Taming Tigers, which works with a wide variety of blue chip clients to establish - and achieve - bold and aligned goals throughout the organisation, high performing teams and long term change in culture, mindset and performance. Jim was elected a fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts in 2008 in recognition of his business writing and is the author of the book 'Taming Tigers' (Virgin/Random House). He qualified as a solicitor in 1994, working in the City and in a major IT company before founding Taming Tigers (then called "Optimise") in 1999.
	Francois Pienaar - With 29 international caps to his name, Francois Pienaar reached the highest peak in rugby union: he captained his country to World Cup victory in 1995 on home turf. In winning rugby's ultimate prize, Francois not only helped put South Africa back on the sporting map but also, having been named 'Newsmaker of the Year', he is his country's most celebrated icon after Nelson Mandela, for uniting a fragmented nation with a common cause. Away from rugby, Pienaar published an autobiography, Rainbow Warrior (1999), and regularly speaks on leadership, motivation and teamwork. In November 2000, he was awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Hertfordshire.
	Stephen Berry - Stephen Berry is a highly qualified speaker and international MBA lecturer in business strategy. Previously a CFO and banker, Stephen has worked in the harsh climates of the corporate Serengeti of our business world and brings practical skills and processes for real life. He seeks to show us the strategic skills of some of the world's great experts – the giraffe, elephant, hippopotamus, cheetah and others, in a format which is highly memorable and instantly applicable to our own organisations.
	Claire Janisch - Claire is a graduate of and currently a co-trainer for The Biomimicry Group's international 2-year Biomimicry Professionals Program. She founded and heads up biomimicrySA (South Africa), a regional affiliate of the Biomimicry Group. Claire is also a co-creator of the Genius Lab, inspiring innovation and future thinking for organisations and individuals (children and adults). Claire has a MSc.Chem-Eng in the field of Environmental Process Engineering and has worked across Africa as an independent consultant in environmental systems & technologies.
