Stuart joined Heatherwick Studio in 2001 and has worked on many of the studio's high profile projects, including the multi-award winning Rolling Bridge at Paddington Basin, the British Pavilion for the 2010 World Expo and the New Bus for London. Trained as an industrial designer, Stuart has extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. As well as leading the studio's self-initiated works, Stuart plays a senior design role in studio projects crossing all scales, from small scale details to large scale architectural commissions.

Robert Parker, Head of Strategic Advisory Group, Credit Suisse

Robert is a member of Credit Suisse's Investment Committee and globally responsible for the management and development of new business relationships. He joined Credit Suisse in 1982 as a founding member of CSFB Investment Management. He became a Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse in 2010 after being Vice Chairman of the Asset Management business since 1998. Robert is a member of the Advisory Boards of the European Institute, Funds Europe, Quilvest and the UK CFA Society. He is also Chairman of the Asset Management & Investors Council and a board member of the International Capital Markets Association. He is also regularly featured in broadcast and print media.

Sophi Tranchell How good business can be good business

Sophi Tranchell, Managing Director, Divine Chocolate

Sophi is Managing Director of Divine Chocolate Ltd, the innovative fairtrade company co-owned by cocoa farmers. As well as growing a popular chocolate brand, for 13 years she has campaigned energetically for the terms of trade for smallscale producers to change, and promoted more socially responsible business models. Sophi is an elected director and co-chair of Social Enterprise London and, as Chair of the Fairtrade London steering committee, she successfully led the campaign to 'Make London a Fairtrade City'. In the New Year's Honours List 2008/09 Sophi was made an MBE for services to the food industry, and is on the London Food Board led by Rosie Boycott. Entrepreneur Of The Year UK Social enterprise winner 2010.

Lord Gulam Noon An entrepreneurs story: from Mumbai to London

Lord Noon, Founder, Noon Products

Lord Noon is a British businessman originally from India. He is the Non Executive Chairman of Noon Products (now a Member of Kerry Foods Ltd) which he founded in 1989 and until 2003 was also its Managing Director. After establishing several successful businesses in India, which he still operates, he settled in London in 1973 to set up Bombay Halwa Ltd (Royal Sweets) in Southall. The company, of which Lord Noon is Chairman and Managing Director, specialises in Indian sweets, snack foods and aviation catering. Lord Noon is a Trustee on the Board of several prominent charities. He also served on the Board of Transport for London as well as the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was its President for a two-year term. He is a Director on the Board of numerous companies and Government bodies.

Lord Browne of Madingley Effective leadership in global corporations and fast growth ventures

Lord Browne, Partner and Managing Partner, Riverstone Holdings LLC

Lord Browne has spent his whole life close to the oil and gas industry. His father worked for BP, a job which took him to Iran, where Lord Browne first "discovered" oil. After reading Physics at Cambridge University, he joined BP in 1969, beginning his career in Alaska. Rising through the company, he became group CEO in 1995, and was voted most admired CEO by Management Today from 1999-2002. Amongst many other roles and activities, he is now Partner and Managing Director of Riverstone Europe, an energy investment fund.
