Working with our clients to identify and respond to risk
Risk management protects business performance and helps sustain results. It’s about achieving a clear understanding of risks and developing plans to manage them.
As one of our risk professionals, you’ll work with multinational businesses and public-sector organisations. You’ll help them develop an integrated, holistic approach to risk and enable them to benefit from their investment in internal controls.
You’ll deliver some of the most significant and class-leading internal audits and risk engagements globally. You’ll also team up with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients to transform and sustain business performance.

Helping clients understand the risks – and rewards – of technology
IT Risk and Assurance
Information technology is one of the key enablers for modern organisations. As an IT Risk and Assurance professional here, you’ll help clients use technology to achieve a competitive advantage, advising on how to make IT more efficient and manage the risks associated with running IT operations. This fast-growing area of our business is broken down into two areas, IT Advisory and Cross-Advisory:
- IT Advisory
Working in our IT Advisory team you’ll develop insights into organisational cultures and help align your clients’ technology with their people and processes. - Cross-Advisory
Our Cross-Advisory teams comprise Advisory professionals with specific technical skill-sets working across our Performance Improvement, Risk and IT Risk and Assurance groups.
People and Organisational Change
Our People and Organisational Change teams work with clients to help them handle their challenges in changing. They also help them develop their capabilities to manage constant change more effectively. This might involve supporting their clients as they develop a clear, concise vision of the future for parts or all of their organisations, or coaching the board to convey the right messages during times of change.
Programme Advisory
Our Programme Advisory professionals draw on their knowledge and experience to help clients assess and manage large-scale programmes. You'll help clients deliver projects on time, within budget and to high levels of quality.
Strategic Direction
Here your role will be to help clients define their direction and plan how to execute their strategic vision effectively, advising executives on translating corporate strategy and business insight into action.
