Interview tips - Be prepared
At this stage in your career you need to prepare for a challenging interview. Be able to articulate how your strengths, work experience and career goals will enable you to succeed in our organisation.
- Show initiative
Prepare a list of questions to ask your interviewer(s) so you can assess whether Ernst & Young is the right place for you. Research our organisation, who we are, what we do, what we stand for and our strategic direction.
- Be yourself
At Ernst & Young you’ll find an open and approachable culture. We want and expect to see the real you.
- Be punctual
Arrive at least five minutes early. If, for reasons beyond your control, you’re running late, call your interviewer to let them know.
