Our approach to corporate responsibility coordinates volunteering activities in a way that harnesses your unique skills and capabilities, so you are able to have a far greater impact personally.
We channel our volunteering into three key areas aligned to our business strategy and critical to improving and expanding market economies. These are education, entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability, or 'the 3Es' as we call them.
In our work in education, we help broaden access to education to ensure the next generation has the skills it needs to make a positive contribution to the business world. In our work with entrepreneurs, we support, promote and celebrate start-up companies as they create jobs, opportunity and economic growth. And in our work in environmental sustainability we are exploring diverse ways of minimising our impact on the environment.
Community engagement is also a key part of our global career development framework, EYU. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in new and different contexts. This may involve improving your public speaking skills or sharpening your ability to negotiate and collaborate with people from a variety of backgrounds.
