Finance
The Finance team delivers sustainable change to the CFO and other C-Suite stakeholders across all financial services sectors. We advise clients on the delivery of major finance transformation and pervasive industry issues such as IFRS and cost management. We also advise on the design and implementation of shared service centres.
Customer and Operations
The Customer and Operations team helps our clients to improve the efficiency of operations, and to protect and grow customer revenues. The types of engagement are varied. They include the design and implementation of operating models, process transformation, cost reduction and post-merger integration.
Program Management
Our Program Management team helps our clients to deliver their most important and complex change programmes. We’re often involved at the outset of an initiative, helping our stakeholders to mobilise a program successfully, and then engaged throughout its life in an assurance or delivery capacity.
IT Advisory
Our IT Advisory team provides the technology content that enables the delivery of our clients’ major change programmes. We help our clients to design the technology solution to their business change programme correctly, and to implement major technology change safely. We also advise our clients on their IT operating models and in relation to IT cost reduction.
