The Finance team delivers sustainable change for Chief Financial Officers and other senior executives in all financial services. We advise clients on achieving major finance transformations and on pervasive industry issues such as IFRS and cost management. We also advise them how to design and implement shared service centres.

The Customer and Operations team helps our clients to make their operations more efficient and to protect and increase revenue. The types of engagement are varied and include designing and implementing operating models, transforming processes, reducing costs and integrating companies after mergers.

Our Programme Management team helps our clients to deliver their most important and complex change programmes.
