Transaction Advisory Services

As a transaction professional, you’ll have first-hand knowledge of how the current economic climate has increased demand for restructuring work. We remain confident about expanding all aspects of our transaction advisory offering over the middle to long term.

M&A Advisory

Our mergers and acquisitions professionals work with clients at the beginning of the transaction lifecycle, identifying transaction opportunities and developing implementation plans. They provide strategic insights into portfolio values and options to help clients achieve their transaction objectives. Whether on the buying or selling side, they advise on identifying, negotiating, structuring and closing the deal, making sure a client’s transaction and business strategies complement each other. Our teams work with a range of clients, including private equity houses, management teams and large corporations.

Project Finance

Our project finance professionals work with public sector clients to procure for infrastructure-related projects and with private sector clients to structure and raise financing for deals. They employ financial modelling to help support a client’s business case for proposed investments and enhance their credibility with banks, creditors and equity markets. They also provide insights on key cash-flow generation, risk and value drivers.

Restructuring

Our restructuring professionals help companies and investors improve their total expected return in times of transformation and deteriorating performance and growth. They help clients understand what’s gone wrong, improve liquidity and evaluate and implement turnaround processes to restore profitability and improve returns for their stakeholders. Valuation & Business Modelling

Our business modelling professionals help decision-makers assess and plan the efficient allocation of resources in organisations. Using sophisticated modelling and quantitative analysis techniques, they develop business and financial models to structure a business or a new venture. Valuation professionals provide an objective view of critical assumptions and uncertainties so clients and their investors understand the deal better, from revenue and tax structure strategies to investment drivers that create value.
