Managing your performance
You want a clear sense of what is expected of you, how you’re doing and how you contribute to our business goals. Our performance management and development process (PMDP), an integral part of our EYU framework, aligns your individual objectives and development plan to those of the business. The process consists of annual goal-setting and six-monthly reviews which give you an opening to discuss your progress with your line manager and update your development plan. As a result, we’ll ensure you get the experience, training and coaching you need to perform your role successfully.
You’ll be given a personal scorecard specifying your objectives in areas such as people, quality, growth and operations. This will form the focus of your review meetings.
In addition to the six-monthly PMDP meetings, we encourage you to talk to your counselor (usually your line manager) on a regular basis to raise any concerns or to clarify any performance issues.
