One way we look to build these relationships is through our campus teams, made up of university alumni. When you join Ernst & Young you'll be invited to join your university's team and go back on campus to talk to students who want to find out more about you and us.
We also recognise that while you may spend your entire career with us, you may seek fresh challenges outside our firm too. Regardless of which path you follow, it's probable that you’ll want to stay in contact with your Ernst & Young colleagues, as these relationships will prove invaluable throughout your career.
