Kick start your career with EY.  If you are a Year 12 student in receipt of free school meals and/or the first in your family to go to university, then Smart Futures could be the perfect stepping stone into business for you.

Smart Futures wants ambitious and motivated Year 12 students like you, to join us and unlock your career potential. Hosted at EY, one of the world's leading professional services organisations, we will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and business knowledge. If you are chosen, you will be a part of a three week paid programme at our London offices.  During this time, you will have the chance to; learn about different work areas in EY, interact and learn from entrepreneurs, meet our clients to find out more about the services we provide and gain hands on experience in our business.

Following this unique experience, you will be offered an  Smart Futures mentor to support you during Year 13. Your mentor will provide support and encouragement to you throughout your final school year, helping you make those all-important decisions about further education and careers. So, if you are an ambitious student who enjoys taking on new challenges, Smart Futures could open up some brilliant opportunities for you.  Those students interested in joining one of our School Leaver programmes will also have the opportunity to apply – last year five Smart Futures students were accepted onto the EY School Leaver programme, and one was awarded an EY Scholarship.
