Listed as a 'Top 10 Private Sector Performer' in both the 2013 Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity benchmarks. We also again achieved a 'Gold' rating overall in both. This is the second year in a row we have been recognised with ‘Top 10’ status.

The Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity benchmarks look into how organisations are performing on gender and ethnicity equality in the workplace. They analyse organisations across 30 key areas including career progression, recruitment, supplier diversity, and senior management and board representation.

Named one of the 2013 Top 10 organisations for Working Families in recognition of our focus on flexible working, family friendliness and the great work of the EY Parents' Network.


EY - european diversity awards

The EY Disability Working Group won the 2012 European Diversity Award for ‘Outstanding Employee Network Group of the Year’.


EY - business disability forum

Awarded the Business Disability Forum's 2012 'Best Talent' award as part of their 2011/12 Disability Standard benchmark.

Our commitment and proactive approach to removing obstacles for disabled clients and employees were highlighted as key reasons for winning this award.

We ranked 'Bronze' overall in the benchmark.

Awarded a 2011 Race for Opportunity Award for "Widening the talent pool – Progression", in recognition of our groundbreaking Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Leadership Programme.
