Working in Advisory
As one of our advisors, you’ll work with a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of industries on complex assignments. By participating in different project teams, you’ll develop key skills-sets, and provide tailored services and quality delivery. This great start to your career will include the experiences, learning and coaching you need to achieve success.

Within Advisory there are five areas you could join as a graduate:

Customer

Our customer professionals help companies define, identify and manage their most valuable customers to increase operational efficiency and enhance performance. They advise clients on how to interact most effectively with their customers through marketing, sales, merchandising and customer service functions. They also advise on customer acquisition and retention strategies that help them improve performance on an ongoing basis.

Finance

Our finance professionals help assess and transform the finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. They provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and then work with clients to deliver improvements.

IT Advisory

Our IT Advisory professionals work with commercial and public sector organisations. They provide independent advice on how clients’ IT operations can support their business strategy and its implementation. They provide insights into organisational culture and help align a client’s technology with their people and processes.

People and Organisation

Our people and organisation professionals work with leading organisations to measure and monitor staff performance and develop approaches to talent management and succession planning. They also help define organisational structure, and roles and responsibilities. They focus on helping clients achieve their organisation’s potential and create a strong employer brand.

Program Management

Our program management professionals draw on their knowledge and experience to help clients assess and manage large-scale programs. They focus on helping clients to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the desired level of quality.

Strategic Direction

Our strategic direction professionals help clients define and plan effective execution of their strategic direction and vision. They advise client executives on how to translate corporate strategy and business insight into change. This can be for the client’s entire organisation or functions within it.

Supply Chain and Operations

Our supply chain and operations professionals provide insights into supply chain transformation.
