Applying

Our interview and selection process gives you plenty of opportunity to explore a role with us and meet the people you’d be working with. You’ll find us open, transparent, clear and honest and we ask the same of you so we can both make an informed decision about working together.

Find out more about each stage:

1. Search for opportunities
2. Apply online
3. Prepare for the interview
4. Complete the assesment process
5. Review our offer
6. Prepare to join

1. Search for opportunities

Visit Job search on ey.com/uk/careers for opportunities in Advisory, Assurance, Tax, Transactions or Core Business Services. Jobs are listed by service line and geography and specific requirements are covered in the job descriptions.

2.Apply online at ey.com/uk/careers

To apply for more than one position or location, complete an application form for each. Allow 30 minutes per application. We’ll keep you posted on progress and let you know if we’d like to interview you.

3. Prepare for the interview

Prepare to talk about yourself, relevant work experience, and your point of view on current market trends and sector developments. We want to discover your interests, strengths and attributes. Be prepared to interview us about the scope of the role, our expectations and our vision for how we could work together.

4. Complete the assesment process

We’ll interview you over the phone or at one of our offices. We may also ask you to complete a written assessment tailored to the role, either online or at a testing center. We’ll keep in touch and provide you with feedback and guidance on the next steps.

5. Review our offer

If we think you’re right for us, we’ll make you a formal offer in writing. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and, if you’re happy with the offer, we look forward to receiving your confirmation and welcoming you on board.

6. Prepare to join

You’ll find a large community of people at EY ready to welcome you. After an initial induction, you’ll have opportunities to network with your peers and take part in ongoing orientation programmes suited to your level of experience.
