The Audit Committee Chair Forum is convened by the CBI and Ernst & Young.
The Forum comprises a select group of audit committee chairs from the UK’s leading companies. Our aim is twofold. First, to influence the direction of regulation as it impacts on audit committees. Second, to act as a vehicle to develop points of view and best practice to help CBI members deal with issues as they arise.
By becoming a member of the Audit Committee Chair Forum you can contribute to the debate, influence its direction and improve the performance of your audit committee. The Forum’s agenda is determined entirely by its members.
Membership events
The Forum meets three times a year to discuss key issues relating to audit committee chairs. Forum meetings use a modified version of the Chatham House rule, whereby names and company affiliations are a matter of record, but specific comments will not be attributed.
