Ernst & Young named as a top UK employer
London, 25 May 2012: Ernst & Young has today been named as one of the UK’s leading employers in the Great Place to Work Best Workplaces 2012 listing.
The professional services firm was ranked 10th in the list of the UK’s top 50 workplaces, in the large company category, based on the results of employee surveys and management questionnaires. Companies were judged against a rigorous criterion and had to demonstrate that they have developed a culture of trust with their employees and championed excellence in their people management practices.
Ernst & Young was praised by the judges for recognising the importance of listening to its people, and the levels of interaction between the firm’s leadership team and staff.
