EY’s Joanna Santinon wins high profile City Award

London, 25 October 2013: EY’s tax partner, Joanna Santinon, won the Accountancy Category for the 2013 Women in the City Woman of Achievement Award announced at the Celebration Evening on Thursday 24 October.

The Awards celebrate remarkable women, who, on top of fulfilling their demanding roles, are making sure that skilled and intelligent women are being supported to remain and progress in the workplace.

Joanna Santinon is a tax partner, sponsor of the EY Women's Network and key representative on the 30% Club’s steering committee. She leads a successful part of the UK tax practice in London, growing the business by focusing on the strategic direction of the team, her people’s sense of identity and belonging and their vision for the future. She founded the EY FTSE Women's Network, which meets regularly to discuss business issues, and has spearheaded the 30% Club's cross company women's mentoring programme, being pilot tested in 2013.
